Fila Basketball Grant Hill: Where to Buy These Iconic Shoes?
Okay, so, I’ve been eyeing these Fila Grant Hill basketball shoes for a while now. I finally decided to go for it and see what they’re all about. You know, give them a real test on the court.
First thing, I looked around for the best place to grab a pair. Found a few different spots online selling them, and ended up settling on one that seemed legit. It wasn’t Nike, but it had what I wanted.
After choosing the size and color, I added the shoes to my cart and hit that “checkout” button. I filled out all my details like the address, payment method, and everything else they needed to know. Then I submitted the order, got a confirmation email, and I just waited.
A few days later, a package showed up at my door. Opened it up, and there they were – fresh out of the box. The “White Navy Red” colorway looked even better in person. Put them on, and they felt pretty good. Not too tight, not too loose.
The real test, though, was on the court. I took them for a spin during a pickup game the other day. Here’s what I noticed:
- First, the grip. It was solid. No slipping and sliding, which is key for me. I like to drive to the basket a lot, so I need that traction.
- The support was decent, too. My ankles felt secure, which is important when you’re making quick cuts and jumps.
- The cushioning was okay. It wasn’t the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn, but it wasn’t bad either. I could definitely play a full game in them without my feet screaming at me.
- They are a bit heavy. But they are basketball shoes.
Overall, I’d say it was a good purchase. They’re not perfect, but they get the job done. They look cool, they perform well, and they didn’t break the bank.
My Rating
If I had to give them a rating, I’d probably go with a solid 7.5 out of 10. I’ll definitely keep rocking them on the court. Maybe I’ll even try out another colorway sometime. Who knows?
